A receipt is required for all returns.  There will be no refunds or exchanges without a receipt.

Apple Merchandise are not returnable.

Discounted and sale items are not returnable.

All Other Items
All other items are returnable for 30 days after the purchase date.  Items must be in original condition and be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Mail Order Items
Items purchased online, over the phone, or by mail to be  shipped off campus  are returnable for 30 days after delivery. All items must be in their original condition. Please include a  copy of the receipt, your name and phone number, and the reason for the return.  Send to:
